Are Chāmpo® products natural and vegan-friendly?
Yes, all our products are at least 98% naturally derived, 100% vegan, and cruelty-free. We never use SLS, parabens, silicones, or synthetic fragrances.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40, while express options are available at checkout.
Can I return my products if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
Are your bottles and packaging recyclable?
Sustainability is core to our mission. Our bottles are made from 100% recyclable materials, and we use FSC-certified cardboard for all shipping boxes.
